Bubba Watson has won the 2012 US Masters, securing the green jacket after beating Louis Oosthuizen with a par at the second sudden-death playoff hole

The winning par wasn't exactly text book though.

Watson had sprayed his pink driver into the trees on the right of the 10th hole at Augusta National after he and Louis Oosthuizen had made par on the first playoff hole, the 18th. Louis Oosthuizen looked to have the advantage but he also sprayed his 3-wood and found himself a long way back.

But it was Watson's wedge from the trees that we will all remember. Faced with a gap through the trees which required a big hook to make the green, Watson made it look easy and only needed two putts to become the third left-handed golfer to win the US Masters winner since Mike Weir became the first in 2004.
